Because rentals and purchases grant immediate access to digital content, all sales are generally final. We want you to be happy, so please reach out if something goes wrong.

Rentals & purchases

If a title fails to play due to a technical problem on our side and we cannot resolve it, we’ll issue a refund or credit for that transaction. Contact us within 7 days with your order details.

Memberships

You can cancel a membership at any time from your billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of a period.

Producer investments

Producer participation is governed by the separate agreement provided at the time of investment, which sets out any applicable terms.
